Please note that because of the nature of these items (custom, personalized and made on demand items), unless they arrive damaged, defective or significant different (include wrong color, wrong size, visible defected print), we can’t accept the return or the exchange.
After making your purchase,  your order will go into production, you acknowledge and agree that you have no rights to amend or cancel order. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.

Validity for Exchanges & Returns

All requests for exchanges and returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item. After the 14 days have elapsed, you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit
To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be:

  • damaged, defective or significant difference (include wrong color, wrong size, visible defected print)
  • unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • in the original packaging
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Return/Exchange & Refund procedure

If an item you received from Wibuprint.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement, please follow this procedure:

Step 1: Contact customer service on +1 636 205 0321 or email: [email protected] to provide information that consists of (1) reason for returning and (2) your order number.
Step 2: You will receiving a returns form (inc. a returns code) via your email to complete, then print your return label and package the item(s) along with all original packaging & accessories and deliver to this location: 1317 Edgewater Dr #2457, Orlando, FL, 32804, USA.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return label within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the completed return form that was included in your original shipment.
  • Affix the shipping label provided (make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible)  and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • Product can be only returned without shipping fees and restocking fees if this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

Once your return is processed at our warehouse, it can be exchanged for the originally purchased goods or refunded for the actual purchase price.

Your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, we will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.
